Morning:
Lisa Welchman will kick off the morning session by covering best practices in Web Management. Next, Tony Byrne will give an advanced overview of Web content management (WCM) technologies.
Also before lunch, Tony and Lisa will cover more advanced topics in WCM technologies and Web Governance including:

- Challenges of multi-site management
- How to get more from your existing vendor relationships
- Tactics for managing Web sites in a recession
- Measuring and managing the organizational risk of social computing
- How to settle the Web ownership battle between Communications and IT

Afternoon:
In the afternoon, Lisa and Tony will turn to the area of Web Measurement exploring Web analytics technologies and what to consider when measuring the effectiveness and quality of Web sites. Specifically Tony and Lisa will discuss:
- Mapping measurement to organizational mission
- Measuring video and mobile access
- What free services (Google and Yahoo!) do and don't provide
- Changes to expect in WCM and Analytics technology marketplaces in 2009 / 2010
- Measuring and reporting the value of the Web to your organization
At the end of the day, you'll come away with:
- Advanced understanding of WCM and Web Analytics technologies
- Understanding of current trends and best practices for implementation in those technologies
